Do you have listings that get lost amongst others? Using interactive services on your For Sale signs is a great way to get your listings noticed AND remembered!Last weekend I was driving through a new, popular “cookie cutter” neighborhood in our area. I noticed that about every other house was on the market. As a consumer, it was a bit overwhelming. But, for the first five minutes of idling around, I was jumping out of the car and attempting to grab flyers, except 2 of the first 3 boxes were empty and although the third did have flyers, they had been in the box so long that the sun had faded them and they were difficult to read!

Finally, I gave up. I figured since so many of them were similarly designed, I wouldn’t bother looking unless something popped out at me. I wrote down a few names of Realtors and agencies but as of this moment, I couldn’t begin to tell you where that piece of paper might be.

Of course the “marketer” in me began thinking about what would make listings unique to passersby. Interactive services can help to make listings memorable. These services are designed to not only provide listing information for consumers and provide agents with at the property lead capture, but they can also help with branding. If an agent provides the ability for consumers to request listing information from call or text for info services, the more likely the consumer is going to remember that particular listing and/or agent. The advantage of the text for info services is that information is actually sent back to the consumers mobile phone and can be stored in the inbox for reference. These services can assist agents in landing potential leads and also win listings!
