Quite frequently, our company founder gets asked to speak at the local University as well as other organizations around town. He’s asked to speak about a wide variety of things, like program development to establishing a business to managing a business. Lately, he’s been cautious on which events he speaks at, as he has been overwhelmed with other tasks of developing and growing the business. Last night he chose to speak at an event associated with The University of Montana - School of Business; which resulted in more than just an evening away from the office.

Just a reminder to check on your signage at your properties, especially during these winter months (wind, snow, rain) when the weather can affect their look! Here’s a good reason why.
For the last month and a half I have been driving past a listing in our popular and somewhat pricey University neighborhood. It’s obvious that either the Realtor hasn’t been to the listing since then, or they are careless enough not to check their property signage. This agent uses a call for info service which is advertised with a sign rider; which sits on top of the for sale sign. Since I’ve seen the listing for sale, the sign rider has been falling off and drapes vertical over the for sale sign; making it difficult to see the sign as well as read the sign-rider.
