If you think about it, your entire career revolves around good customer service. Without it, you wouldn’t have any customers, therefore, no job.

I began compiling a list this morning of Realtor’s customer service strategies used on a daily basis that impact the strength of one’s customer service; things many people probably don’t even think about.
